I’m not receiving notifications. What should I do?

If you’re not getting reminders for your events, please check the following:

1. App notification settings

Go to your phone’s settings and make sure notifications for Biske are turned on.
If they are turned off, you won’t receive any notifications.

2. Calendar notification settings

Open the calendar settings inside Biske and check that notifications are enabled for your calendar.
Also, make sure the reminder time for your events is set correctly.

3. Battery saver / notification restrictions

If your phone’s battery saver mode or notification restrictions are enabled, notifications may not come through.
Please try turning these settings off if necessary.

4. App version

If you’re not using the latest version of the app, notifications may not work properly.
Please update Biske from the App Store or Google Play.
